Choosing an Object

Photos of objects I'm trying to narrow down for some fine art homework. The objects are all part of a collection, and all have sentimental value (so please turn your head if emotions are a foreign concept to you.)

The matryoshka doll I referenced a few blog posts ago (here) that was a gift to me when my grandad died.

Seeing as I opened up the doll I thought I'd show all of the glass together as a composition.

Little glass dragon (it'ssocuuute). As you can see, I am a little fond of Swarovski. I think my grandparents were so kind as to buy me this one.

Yes. I have a thimble collection. I know.
A lady who lived across the road from us had a HUUUUGE thimble collection. I mean covering-two-walls huge. She gave me one as a present and since then I've been collecting them, mostly when we go to new places (Spain, Italy, Amsterdam, Paris, etc)

In end I decided to go with the thimble because I think I can develop this the most.
